EUCNord's requirements for an Enterprise Content Management system, an important part of the new IT infrastructure, called for providing a broad range of functionality to varied constituencies including Business Process Management (a workflow environment), Document Management, Web Content Management and Knowledge Management.
EUCNord's main objectives were to:
